Refund Policy

At Piercepective Body Piercing Lab, we want to ensure your shopping experience is excellent, even when you need to return a product. Here are our basic rules for returns:

General Return Conditions:

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order;
• Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original, intact packaging;
• We do not accept returns of personalized products.

Returns for Defects or Damage:

• If a product arrives defective or damaged, let us know immediately;
• You will need to send photos so we can verify the issue before authorizing the return;
• Once confirmed, you can choose between a voucher for the value of the product, or an exchange for another product of equal or greater value.

Returns for Other Reasons:

• If you change your mind, that's okay! The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• The refund will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product.
• If the product does not meet the necessary requirements for a return and you want it back, the cost of the new shipment is your responsibility, and the product will only be dispatched after payment is received.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued in case of a defective or damaged product.
• The refund will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product.

Return Procedure: To process your return, send an email with the subject "Return" and the order number to geral@piercepective.com

Additional Notes:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our rules.
• This policy applies only to purchases made directly at Piercepective Body Piercing Lab.
